We welcome you to the webpage of Our Lady Grace and Joy Chapter in Greater New York, NY. These are exciting times that we live in and Magnificat was begun in 1981 for such a time as this. There are now over 100 Chapters throughout the United States and its territories and in many foreign countries.

Guest Speaker … in honor of the Jubilee Year of St. Francis we have invited the Sisters of the Franciscan Sisters of the Renewal to share their Testimony of Faith …  In imitation of St. Francis of Assisi, the Sisters seek to follow in the footsteps of Jesus, as a prophetic witness that life is a pilgrimage to the Father, of faith, hope, and love of God and neighbor, made possible by the Holy Spirit. They participate in Christ’s renewal of all things through their prayer, fraternal life, service to the poor, and evangelization. The three pillars of religious life are prayer, community, and apostolate. Prayer maintains the loving union between the religious sister and the Lord. Community is the school of love in which the sister puts love into action. The apostolate is the fruit of this love poured out for others. As CFR sisters our prayer life is a heart to heart communion. It is liturgical, contemplative, Eucharistic, and Marian.  Our apostolates are simple hands-on work with the poor and evangelization.  The three pillars of religious life are prayer, community, and apostolate. Tickets/Reservations

Tickets cost $20.00 each.  Tickets include hot breakfast & brunch, live music, Special Guest Speakers, support of the Franciscan Sisters of the Renewal  and more. Tickets for priests, deacons, religious brothers and sisters are complimentary.

Reservation is Required.
