We welcome you to the webpage of Mary Mother of Mercy and Hope Chapter of Magnificat in Tallahassee, Florida. Magnificat, an international ministry to Catholic women, began in 1981 for such a time as this. There are now over 100 chapters throughout the United States and its territories and in many foreign countries.
Guest Speaker: Isabelle Maina
For six years, Isabelle joyfully lived as a religious sister, seeking each day to echo the words of Scripture: “Here I am, Lord; I come to do your will” (Psalm 40:7-8). Through a deep love for prayer, the Eucharist, the Church, and sacred music, the Lord gently led her on an unexpected journey of discovering her deepest identity—not simply in a vocation, but as His beloved daughter. Isabelle will share her testimony of discovering the joy that comes from trusting God’s plan. Her story is an invitation to embrace the beauty of surrender and the faithfulness of the Bridegroom of our souls, who never ceases to pursue each of us and draw us with bands of love (Hosea 11:14).
Join us for breakfast, fellowship, praise & worship music, intercessory prayer and Isabelle’s powerful and inspirational testimony.

Rosary Blanket of Prayer
Our Chapter is assigned the 18th of the month.
The Magnificat Ministry sponsors a Rosary Blanket of Prayer in response to our Holy Father’s call to prayer. Each Chapter is assigned one day of the month for concentrated prayer, fasting, Eucharistic Adoration, Rosary, etc. Of course, we are called to pray daily, but this day should be especially designated. It can be done individually and collectively, as possible. Magnificat women and others who care to join us are invited to take part in this concerted effort. The general intentions are for a New Pentecost, the Church, Magnificat, the sanctity of life, marriage & family, and world peace.
My soul proclaims the greatness of the Lord; my spirit rejoices in God my savior. Luke 1:46-47
