Magnificat, an international ministry to Catholic women, began in 1981 for such a time as this. There are now over 100 chapters throughout the United States and its territories and in many foreign countries.

Our Guest Speaker: Father Michael Nixon

Our Speaker Father Michael Nixon will share his vocation story and his amazing adventure with God. Father Michael grew up in Tallahassee and attended FSU. He was ordained a priest in the Diocese of Pensacola-Tallahassee in 2010; during the year of the priest dedicated to St. John Vianney. Currently he is the pastor at St. Dominic’s in Panama City. He is also the president of St. Dominic Media where he is the host of “Made for Glory” and “Catholic in America.” Father Michael is on fire with the Holy Spirit, enriched by the power of the Word and is ready to share!  Join us for breakfast, fellowship, praise & worship music, and Father Michael’s powerful and inspirational testimony.

Rosary Blanket of Prayer

Our Chapter is assigned the 18th of the month.
The Magnificat Ministry sponsors a Rosary Blanket of Prayer in response to our Holy Father’s call to prayer. Each Chapter is assigned one day of the month for concentrated prayer, fasting, Eucharistic Adoration, Rosary, etc. Of course, we are called to pray daily, but this day should be especially designated. It can be done individually and collectively, as possible. Magnificat women and others who care to join us are invited to take part in this concerted effort. The general intentions are for a New Pentecost, the Church, Magnificat, the sanctity of life, marriage & family, and world peace.
